Domestic Shipping (India)

Packing Time: All orders are packed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Delivery Time:1–2 working days for Delhi-NCR3–5 business days for outside NCR regions
Tracking: You will receive a tracking link via SMS & email once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Charges: Shipping is completely free across India.

International Shipping

Packing Time: Orders are packed and ready to ship within 24 hours of confirmation.
Delivery Time: 5–7 business days, depending on your destination and local logistics.
Customs Duties: Any customs/import duties are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected upon delivery.
Shipping Charges: We offer free international shipping with premium global courier partners.

During high-demand periods, such as limited drops or festive seasons, processing and delivery may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will keep you informed every step of the way.

2. Return & Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only. No refunds. If the product you receive isn't the right size/damaged, you can exchange it under the following terms:

India:

Exchange accepted within 6 days of delivery.
Product must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags.
Only size exchanges allowed, subject to stock availability.
Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

International:

Due to high shipping and customs costs, Exchanges are not accepted for international orders unless the product is defective or incorrect.
In such cases, email us at support@vakiinfinite.com within 48 hours of delivery with images and order ID.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placement by emailing us.
Cancellations not accepted after dispatch or for limited-edition drops.
